- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Nice shop with very friendly and helpful staff. Pets are permitted inside and they will treat them too. Range of stock is good and prices are reasonable. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Lovely staff and very helpful. Prices are reasonable although they could get more small animals cages in store but the staff help in store and on the phone is amazing. I phoned around all Pets At Home stores to see what gender of rats they had there and Newport and Cwmbran were the lovliest. I recommend that if you are to buy some animal or anything and you need help with it, go to Kimberely (dark hair) and Kade (blonde with glasses) they are the two most helpful people. Very clean and the animals are in amazing condition! Staff are lovely towards any pets brought in and very inquisitive (ask questions and love petting them)by Blake DeauxDecember 21, 2016
