  Awful awful service, my mother viewed a property on Tuesday, very happy with it, the agent Emily showed us around, and that day I made an offer and was told by carl pendry via telephone (I hope it's recorded) that my offer has been accepted and to pop in with my ID to finalise, the next day I went in as requested to be told that the house has gone to someone else, no phone call to see if I wanted to increase my offer, not even a courtesy call to tell me it had gone, was no explanation as to why I wasn't called to advise either me or my mortgage advisor, my mother had previously run in with the agent 'emily' so can't help thinking this was personal. Even my mortgage advisor said this was poor Pratice and shocking. I will be taking this further

  After so many calls and emails(totally ignored) I decided to rent my property out through another agent! You really should return calls people,it's just courtesy! So dissapointed!
